Meet the Chef
From Bangkok's kitchens to your NYC table.
Ebay "Bro"Founder of Bangkok Bro Meal Prep
Ebay was 8 years old when his parents enrolled him in cooking school in Bangkok. While other kids were out playing, he was learning to balance a curry, char skewers over open flame, and fold fresh herbs into a papaya salad at the last second, taught by cooks who had perfected the same dishes for decades.
When he moved to New York, he noticed how differently people ate. In Thailand, eating healthy was never a diet. A normal plate was grilled protein, a pile of fresh vegetables, bright herbs, and just enough rice. In NYC, he watched people working long hours stuck choosing between heavy, ultra processed takeout and bland "health food" nobody looked forward to.
So he built Bangkok Bro Meal Prep for busy New Yorkers: high protein, loaded with veggies, and made from scratch with the bold flavor he grew up on. Every meal is proof that eating well should never cost you your evening or your taste buds.
High Protein
Up to 55g of Protein Per Meal
Long workdays, gym sessions, back to back plans. Every meal is built to keep you full and energized, so you're not reaching for snacks an hour after lunch.
Generous Portions
Big 24oz Meals
Every meal is packed in a full 24oz airtight container: protein, rice, and veggies together. It eats like a real meal, not a diet plate. One box really is enough.
Authentic Asian Fusion
Real Bangkok Flavor, Made From Scratch
House made sauces, fresh herbs, chargrilled proteins, and layered marinades in every meal. Smoky grilled meats, fresh curries, wok-fried rice, and papaya salads, cooked in small batches every week so lunch is something you actually look forward to.
Chargrilled proteins Fresh herbs and sauces Cooked fresh, never frozen

I ordered six dinners and they were one better than the other. So delicious nice cuts of meat. I really enjoyed these. I highly recommend them. I’m at a relatives house now after his surgery so I haven’t been able to reload yet, but I plan on doing something the minute I get home. Just thinking about how delicious the foods were. It’s making my mouth water. Lol please give them a try and then good price.
