Founder Ebay "Bro" Vaniyapun grew up in Bangkok surrounded by real Thai street food: chargrilled chicken, rice bowls, curries, papaya salad, noodles, and meals cooked fresh all day by people who had mastered the same dishes for decades. His parents even sent him to cooking school when he was 8 years old.

Years later, after working in tech in New York City, Bro realized most convenient food fell into two categories: ultra processed junk, or "healthy food" that tasted bland and lifeless.

But back home in Thailand, people were already solving that problem naturally. Fresh ingredients. Bold flavors. Real cooking. Affordable meals people could actually eat every day. That idea eventually became Bangkok Bro Meal Prep.
