How do I place an order?
Browse the weekly menu, choose your meals, and check out. Orders close Thursday for Sunday delivery. Simple.
Can I place corporate or group orders?
Absolutely. Email us at hello@bangkokbro.com or call (347) 292-9455 for office catering, team meals, or large group orders.

Are the meals spicy?
Some dishes bring the heat, some don’t. Every menu item is clearly labeled with spice level so you can choose what works for you.
Do you offer vegetarian options?
Yes — we include vegetarian-friendly options in our rotating weekly menu. Check the weekly menu for current availability.
Do the meals come fresh or frozen?
Always fresh, never frozen. Everything is made from scratch after the weekly order cutoff to keep quality and flavor at its best.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meals stay fresh refrigerated for up to 5 days. Day 5 is your freeze-or-eat day.
Delivery
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across NYC and nearby neighborhoods within approximately 15 miles of Long Island City, Queens.
When will I receive my meals?
Deliveries happen every Sunday between 2 PM – 6 PM. You’ll receive a delivery notification once your order is on the way.
What’s the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are distance-based:
• 0–5 miles: $4.99
• 5–10 miles: $7.99
• 10–20 miles: $11.99
Final delivery pricing is calculated at checkout.
Heating Instructions
How do I reheat the meals?
Microwave for 2–3 minutes or until heated through. Heating times may vary depending on your microwave. No pots. No pans. Just heat, eat, and enjoy.
